Refund any time
You can ask for a refund at any time, for any reason.
How it works
- We review every request within 3 business days.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method.
- The amount is based on how many of your paid AI tokens you have not used.
- If you have used 5% or less of them, you get a full refund.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans deliver 6M AI tokens each month. Months that have not started yet are refunded in full; the current month is refunded based on its unused tokens.
