Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026 · Last updated: October 16, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with popop-draw (啪啪画). It is part of our Terms of Service (https://pop.casebase.space/en/terms/) and applies to everything you create, upload, generate, share or connect through popop-draw, including content generated by AI and actions taken by AI tools you connect via MCP.
popop-draw is for designing and communicating product ideas: wireframes, prototypes, product requirement notes and demos. Please use it that way.
1. Prohibited content
Do not create, upload, generate, request or share content that:
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW or sexually suggestive, in any form, including text, images and prototypes;
- sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- promotes, glorifies or threatens violence, terrorism or violent extremism;
- attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or doxes anyone, or shares someone's personal information without permission;
- encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
- promotes illegal drugs, weapons, gambling or other illegal goods and services;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, or uses other people's likeness without permission;
- is deliberately false or misleading in a way that could cause harm, or is otherwise illegal where you or we are located.
2. Prohibited uses
Do not use popop-draw to:
- build phishing pages, fake sign-in or payment screens, scams, or copies of real companies' websites or apps meant to deceive people;
- impersonate a person, brand or organization, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist;
- distribute malware, or collect other people's credentials or personal data without permission;
- send spam, or publish share links in bulk to promote anything unrelated to your own product work;
- try to get around safety measures, for example by using prompts designed to make the AI produce prohibited content;
- create multiple accounts, use automated sign-ups, or otherwise get around token limits, plan limits or rate limits;
- attack, overload, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it without permission, reverse-engineer it, or resell or sublicense access to it;
- use AI output in ways that break the law or the rights of others.
3. AI-generated content
popop-draw is an independent product built on third-party AI models and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make them. AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing what the AI produces and for how you use it. Do not remove or alter the "contains AI-generated content" label on exports and share links.
4. Enforcement
If we believe content or activity breaks this policy, we may, depending on how serious it is: remove or block the content, revoke share links, disconnect MCP connections, remove tokens, limit features, or suspend or close the account. We may also report illegal content or activity to the appropriate authorities. Where we can, we will tell you what we did and why.
5. Reporting
If you see content made with popop-draw that breaks this policy, for example through a share link, email pop@casebase.space with the link and a short description. We review every report and reply within 3 business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as our product and the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
