Terms of Service

Welcome to popop-draw (啪啪画), an AI prototyping tool whose output stays fully editable by hand. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of popop-draw ("we", "us"). By signing in, creating an account, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (https://pop.casebase.space/en/privacy/) and our Acceptable Use Policy (https://pop.casebase.space/en/acceptable-use/).
1. The service
popop-draw is a web application at https://pop.casebase.space/ that lets you create, edit, review, share and export product prototypes, generate and edit them with AI, sync them across devices, and connect external AI tools through MCP. Details shown on feature pages and on our Pricing page (https://pop.casebase.space/en/pricing/) form part of these Terms.
2. Your account
- You can use the editor locally without an account. AI features, cloud sync, share links and support need you to sign in with your email address. We confirm your identity with a one-time code sent to that address; an account is created automatically the first time you verify a new address.
- Use an email address you control and keep it secure. Anyone who can receive your sign-in codes can access your account. If you notice anything unusual, sign out of all devices in Settings and contact us.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer your account, and do not create accounts in bulk or with automated tools.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. popop-draw is not intended for children under 14.
3. Free use and AI tokens
- Everything except AI is free: drawing, hand editing, importing, exporting, share links and connecting your own AI tools via MCP do not use tokens.
- AI features (such as generating, editing, polishing, checking and reviewing prototypes) use AI tokens. New accounts receive 250K free tokens on sign-up. During our beta we add a 1M-token bonus. The amounts, how tokens are counted and how they are deducted are shown in the product and may change.
- Free and bonus tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. If we find tokens obtained by exploiting bugs, creating multiple accounts or similar abuse, we may remove those tokens and restrict the account.
- When your tokens run out you can buy a paid plan, or keep using AI through your own tools (for example Claude Code or Codex) via MCP. Any costs charged by those tools are between you and their provider.
4. Paid plans and billing
- Paid plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Pro Monthly is billed every month; Pro Yearly is billed once a year. Prices are in US dollars and may not include taxes, which depend on your location.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem handles the checkout, payment details, invoices and sales tax. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Pro includes the monthly AI token allowance shown on the Pricing page. On the yearly plan, the allowance is delivered at the start of each month for twelve months. Unused tokens from a month do not roll over to the next month.
- If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the change applies to you. The new price takes effect from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
5. Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account by opening the subscription management page, or by emailing pop@casebase.space. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Refunds
You can ask for a refund at any time. We review every request within 3 business days and refund to your original payment method based on the paid tokens you have not used. If you have used 5% or less of them, you get a full refund. On yearly plans, months that have not started are refunded in full and the current month is refunded based on its unused tokens. 7. Your content
- What you enter (requirements, images and files you upload), the prototypes you create and edit, and the prototypes AI generates for you ("Your Content") belong to you, to the extent the law allows.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to sync it between your devices, to send your requests to AI models, and to show it in share links you publish. We do not show Your Content to other users (except through links you share) and we do not use it to train our own models.
- You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or enter, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. Do not upload confidential material you are not allowed to process, or other people's personal data.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve popop-draw without paying you.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (https://pop.casebase.space/en/acceptable-use/). In short: do not use popop-draw to create or share illegal, sexually explicit, NSFW, violent, hateful or harassing content; do not build phishing pages, scams or copies of other companies' sites or apps meant to deceive people; and do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or try to get around usage limits. If you break these rules we may remove content, revoke share links, remove tokens, and suspend or close your account, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
9. AI-generated output
- popop-draw is an independent product built on third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make those models.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people's work, and does not represent our views. Review it before you rely on it, publish it or use it commercially. You are responsible for how you use it.
- Exports and share links may carry a label saying they contain AI-generated content. Do not remove or alter this label.
10. Share links and connected AI tools
- Anyone who has a share link you publish (and its password, if you set one) can view it without signing in. Check the content before you publish. You can revoke a link at any time and it stops working immediately.
- A connection credential you create for an external AI tool (MCP) works like a password: it can read and change prototypes open in your browser. Only set it up on your own devices and tools. Those tools handle your data under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes and availability
We keep improving popop-draw and may add, change or remove features. We will tell you in advance, in the product or by email, about changes that significantly affect paid plans. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, failures of networks, servers or third-party services (such as AI models, hosting or email), or events beyond our control; we will work to keep interruptions short. We recommend exporting important prototypes regularly (Export → Project file).
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by your breach of these Terms, Your Content or your use of AI output, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the loss.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
13. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, confirmed with a code sent to your email. This permanently deletes your cloud projects, images, share links and support history. Cancel any paid plan before deleting your account; refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if the law requires it.
- Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership of Your Content, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive the end of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. If that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a competent court.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the law or our product changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above, and we will notify you in the product or by email about significant changes. If you keep using popop-draw after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service, cancel your plan and delete your account.
